1. IS YOUR MOLD TREATEMENT SAFE TO USE IN OUR HOME OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING?

YES – our chemicals are NON-TOXIC, NON-CORROSIVE, Environmentally friendly and registered with the Environmental Protection Agency.

We advise you to prepare the premises in the following way:

Ensure the building is unoccupied (including pets) at time of treatment and for 2 hours after treatment.

Cover granite & marble counter-tops/surfaces.

Unplug any electronic equipment prior to fogging process.

Remove or cover plants (occasionally wilting occurs.)

Cover any furniture, lacquered wood and paintings you anticipate could be adversely affected by the natural settling of the fog.

Occasionally some surfaces show moisture beading which will need to be cleaned off with water.

Cover dark or colorful fabric objects with lightweight plastic. Occasionally there can be a slight lightening effect following the fogging process.

Store any colored papers or those printed with colored ink; pack away unprotected photographs as they can be lightened by the fogging process.

Disarm smoke detectors, burglar and fire alarms.

2. WHAT MAKES THIS PRODUCT/ PROCESS SO “REVOLUTIONARY?”

Proven Effective
Developed by the U.S. Military our product has been proven to effectively neutralize chemical and biological warfare agents, including Anthrax, Sarin, Mustard, VX, and Soman; as well as a variety of toxic industrial chemicals.

It is EPA registered and has been successfully tested by the US Military and a host of other accredited testing institutions.

Environmentally Friendly
Our product irreversibly breaks down the molecular structure of mold & chemical agents into non-toxic subcomponents, so there are no toxic byproducts. It is safe to pour down drains, to drip onto the ground, or to run off into sewer systems after use without causing any ecological damage.

Non-Corrosive
Our product has been proven safe for use on a wide variety of materials. Concrete, asphalt, wood, ceramic, carpet, fabric, leather, steel and aluminum are just a few of the many surfaces tested.

Cost-Effective
Our method is the most cost-effective mold eliminating process available. Averaging at 3 to 4 times less expensive than old fashioned methods.

Quick
The process can be completed in a fraction of the time required by conventional methods & avoids expensive demolition of walls, major upheaval for your family and expensive hotel stays. You can re-enter the property 2 HOURS after treatment!

Commercially, the job can be accomplished any time the facility is unoccupied, thereby eliminating “down time”. We are happy to work with you to arrange a convenient time and do work evening and weekends.

3. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR TREATING MOLD?

Click on link for procedures. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

4. WHY DO YOU FOG THE ENTIRE PROPERTY?

“Spot treatments” are not effective in killing mold, allergens, bacteria and mycotoxins (toxic chemicals caused by mold). Spores are airborne; they are dispersed throughout the building via the heating, ventilation & air circulation systems contaminating the whole building. This is why we “fog” the entire building, and include heating and A/C Duct decontamination as part of our service at no extra charge. All we will need to do is remove the HVAC filter prior to treatment.

Old fashioned methods cannot address the full extent of the contamination.

5. WILL THERE BE ANY CLEAN-UP TO DO ONCE THE TREATMENT IS COMPLETED?

We suggest that you use plain water to wet mop hard surface floors, bathtubs, showers etc as the dried fog can settle and leave a microscopically thin layer on horizontal surfaces. Mopping will avoid creating slippery surfaces when wet.

Any visible mold (which will be neutralized and therefore non-toxic), can be cleaned using ordinary household cleaners.

If the mold is on drywall or cavity wall insulation and has been saturated, it is recommended that this be replaced. Drywall that has been saturated with water can loose its structural integrity.

6. WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT TO ADDRESS THE CAUSE OF THE MOLD.

Mold requires water. No water; No Mold. Fix the water problem, KILL THE MOLD and you have fixed the mold problem.

7. WHAT IF I HAVE HIDDEN MOLD INSIDE DRYWALL OR UNDER CARPETS?

If you have mold within wall cavities, under carpeting, behind ceiling tiles or other building materials; these areas will need to be accessable/exposed in order for us to treat them.
Obstructions such as insulation that would prevent our fog from reaching and killing concealed mold will need to be moved. We strongly suggest that since newly exposed mold can create a hazardous environment that you avoid exposure as much as possible.

If you would like us to liaise with your contractors/engineers/Certified Mold Inspectors prior to the fogging process we would be happy to do so. We are Professional Licensed Engineers and Mold Inspectors and are therefore have the education, technical knowledge and experience to appreciate the value in collaboration; especially were potential health hazards are concerned.

Due to the stigma, legal and privacy issues associated with mold contamination any identifying information about our clients and their properties remains confidential.
Our vehicles do not exhibit signage.
